Refund and Returns Policy

we strive to provide the best possible services and programs to help you achieve business growth. Since our offerings include digital services, workshops, and consulting, we follow a clear refund and returns policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Services & Digital Products

  • Once a program, workshop, or consulting service is purchased, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, digital downloads, or programs already accessed.

  • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, a full refund will be issued after verification.


2. Workshops & Events

  • If you are unable to attend a workshop or masterclass, you may request a reschedule to the next available session.

  • Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance without prior intimation.

  • In the rare case that we cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another date.


3. Consulting & Customized Services

  • For one-on-one consulting and strategy sessions, fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will adjust accordingly.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (only for valid cases like duplicate payment or program cancellation) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. No Physical Returns

Since we do not deal in physical products, a return policy is not applicable. All our offerings are service-based and/or digital in nature.
